DEVRA MOEHLER, PH.D.

Devra C. Moehler is a researcher on the Civic Engagement Product Team at Facebook. Before joining Facebook, she was a professor at University of Pennsylvania’s Annenberg School of Communication, a Professor at Cornell University’s Department of Government, a Democracy Fellow at U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), and a Fellow at the Harvard Academy of International and Area Studies. Her research examines the use of, and effects of, different forms of political communication on democracy and good governance.
